The suburb
Beachview is a village rather than a suburb — a handful of streets, a beach at the end of the road, and a pace the city side of the Bay has long since lost. People come here for space and quiet.
It is a small market, so the buyer for a Beachview house is often not a local one and the marketing has to travel: photographs that show the plot and the light, and honest detail about water and access. Holiday letting works over December; long letting is thinner.
